I loved Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds" when I saw it years ago, and was excited when I noticed it was on last night. Boy, it's aged terribly - - more a farce than thriller. Here's a good example:

I dunno, I still like the movie...it's really more apocalyptic sci-fi than a Hitchcock thriller proper.
