The giant inflatable dog turd is by American artist Paul McCarthy and titled "Complex Sh-t." It was being exhibited in Switzerland in the garden of the Paul Klee Centre in Berne, but was blown by the wind, brought down a power line, and broke a greenhouse window. Hey, sh-t happens.
