It's an onslaught of cupids in this ad by Leo Burnett, Paris, France for Love Condoms. There are far stranger (and repulsive) ads on display at the Love Condoms official site - - penises wearing condoms and dressed up to look like celebrities. One of the ads (and I'm only showing the top right here):
