Go here for a full scan of Archie Goodwin's and Walt Simonson's adaptation of Alien that appeared in Heavy Metal. Via.

And a few more links:

1. The above link is kind of a drag to read due to all the clicking. This site shows off a great way for reading lots of pages online. Via.

2. Brent shares 10 funny/interesting facts (including that he's a descendant of gypsies).

3. Lawyer who advertised himself as "The Thug's Lawyer" is now facing criminal charges.

  1. I was 14 when Alien came out and my folks wouldn't let me go to R-rated movies--but, I could buy all the comics I wanted. Guess which movie adaptation comic was my most read fave ever?

All my comic friends got this one when we found it in the book stores. Just awesome Walt Simonson artwork--and unlike many movie comics of that period (Star Wars most famously) you could tell they saw the movie before they drew the book.
