Mondo's latest poster, Scott Pilgrim by Martin Ansin, sold out immediately. At least nine are already up at eBay, and it seems wrong that the first two listed are by a seller with the "Top-rated seller" medal by his listings. Looking at the items
he has for sale right now, it seems clear that he's a serial scalper.

Unless I'm mistaken, none of those sellers actually could possess the item they're selling--is that right? They all ordered it and are selling the poster that they will one day get in the mail? If that's the case, then unless their listing specifies this fact (that they don't have the item "in hand"), all can be reported, and ebay will delete their listings.
ReplyDeleteStill doesn't solve the scalping issue, but it will frustrate those jerks.
