Sorry, but whoever alleged that this was a Bettie photo from high school was wrong-a-reen-o! For openers, you can readily see that she was too old to be a high school student. It was one of the shots taken for Bettie's first modeling composite, created in 1945, while living in San Francisco. You can see an alternate pose from that set in her authorized bio, BETTIE PAGE: LIFE OF A PIN-UP LEGEND by Essex/Swanson.
