actually the art is cropped from the original italian STAR CRASH movie art; the Adventures of Stella Star/Scontri Stellari was directed by Lewis Coates (AKA Luigi Cozzi), and now is on a deluxe reprint in blueray and double DVD from RogerCorman's Cult Classics...
