This building with a monster on top may or may not be in Dublin on Dame Street next to City Hall. Anyone know more?

I got not info on the building, but it the street light looks like it's wenis. Haha.

Unfortunatley the monster face was just added by Chris Judge in the photo. It would be great if it was really like that :D
