The $164 version is plastered with ads. You might want to wait until they announce their Amazon-tablets later this year, or match up to the new Kobo/Nook models that were just announced.

ReplyDeleteGee willickers! I can pay a hundred and sixty four dollars so that I can buy books and read them!? What a deal! Screw you library and your free books! This is waaaaay better.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you. I can't justify the price for myself - - I like books, and pretty much always buy paperbacks, so the kindle would be a waste of money. (I don't like borrowing books from the library because I tend to read leisurely and close to water.)
ReplyDeleteBut my dad likes hardcovers, so a small light ereader with font magnifying will be perfect.
