I saw this commercial last night - - watch as a man pretends he's Jewish to hide his bald spot, and then uses "Hair Cubed" to spraypaint in the thinning hair.

Unfortunately it probably is real and is one of many products like it. I remember one that sprayed a combo of paint and fuzz like flocking to cover bald spots.
