I've been a Lau collecter for roughly the past 11 years. His stuff is amazing and he really was the first of the rotocast revolution of art toys. Here's a link to a timeline of his work and images from various figures.

I advise tracking down the SFCC stuff. It was my favorite and the art book for it is genuis book design to rival Chip Kidd.
