Queen Elizabeth-themed color wheel by Pantone

Queen Elizabeth-themed color wheel by Leo Burnett for Pantone:

Queen Elizabeth II is an icon of style. For 60 years she has colour matched her clothing perfectly. As any Queen should. And to celebrate the 2012 Diamond Jubilee, Leo Burnett and Pantone have created a colour guide book detailing some of those famous single colour outfits, with their matching Pantone reference and the date she wore them.

  1. I wonder if she uses something similar to the Pantone guide? Her colors are always a tint (light color) and always a solid color with matching hat and dress or coat. This guarantees that she will stand out in a crowd, I suppose. Is the guide based on the colors she wears from one day to the next? Or does she choose randomly?
