Already available for preorder at the BBTS: McFarlane Assassin's Creed (I guess from the silhouette, there's no hope that the mystery figure is evil George Washington?); and Spider-Man "Ultimate Core" figures, including Nova (still no generally available Miles Morales?). Also, very steep discount on Transformers trading cards if that's you're thing.

I'm not sure what you mean by "generally available" but there have been at least 2 Miles figures released - one was part of the Amazing Spider-Man movie line and was about 6 inches and he other was part of the Marvel Universe line at the 3.75" scale (i grabbed this one). Both are available on ebay now, though I don't see a good way to search for them on BBTS.
ReplyDeleteDId you read "Spider-Men", the book where Miles meets Peter Parker from the regular Marvel universe?
The MU figure was a variant, and as I recall the larger figure was also limited in some way - - so tough to find without paying scalpers a markup.
ReplyDeleteI read Spider-Man 1-6 and Spider-Men 1. As always, I don't care for Bendis's writing. Pichelli's art is fine. I actually liked Samnee's issue much more.
DeleteAh, I see. I guess I was lucky enough to just find mine on the rack I guess.
ReplyDeleteI do like Bendis however, especially his run on Daredevil. I can see where the dialogue he writes could turn some people off though.
