More wacky Destro available for preorder plus a (partial) explanation for the design of the new figure

In 1982 Hasbro introduced a new line of products that changed the landscape of boys action figures: G.I. JOE A REAL AMERICAN HERO which quickly became one of the most memorable toy lines of the 1980s.

Not only did Hasbro commemorate the 25th anniversary with the release of a special edition series of A REAL AMERICAN HERO figures, but they brought you one of the coolest convention exclusives ever!

There was a time when DESTRO briefly replaced his bad-to-the-bone suit with a very flamboyant outfit: dark and deadly DESTRO was now dressed in leopard skin. The colors were toned down, and DESTRO was back to his usual black-clad badness.
