The LA Times posted some advice articles for people who lost their homes to the fires



He lost everything in a wildfire. Here’s one city councilman’s practical advice:
don’t wait to find temporary housing. ā€œAs soon as you get stabilized somewhere,ā€ he advised, ā€œstart calling apartments.ā€ And if it’s unfurnished, make do with used or donated items.
