Witnesses had seen a man carry a baby down the street after midnight, and Amy believed that man was Greg. She published facial comparison photographs of Annabelle and Lisa Irwin and theorized that Greg’s lawn care business was actually “convenient cover,” a way of prospecting for targets. Amy dug up a clip of a CNN reporter who had found graffiti of a pentagram and the words “Freak for Life” in a drainage tunnel close to where Lisa Irwin was abducted.
