I was surprised that my personal ChatGPT account (which I use far less than my work acct) was in the “First 0.1%” of users for the year. Perhaps bc the vast majority of users try it 1-2 times ever, so even moderate use is exceptional.

The "apology" is going around out of context but it's just a random person asking grok what a heartfelt apology note would look like. Like most LLMs it has past apology notes in its training set and it's easily able to match the format and fill it in with details from the current topic
