A day before Grok was spewing Nazism, it was speculating about Linda Yaccarino and Elon Musk having a child together.

Fox News regular Clay Travis suggests Jeffrey Epstein's actions: "would've actually been legal." In some jurisdictions because his victims were teenagers, "not 9 and 10-year-old girls"

for nearly two decades students came up to me and asked, "do government sites count as academic sources?" and I've said to them, "no, they're not peer-reviewed," and I have to say, this administration has vindicated me a thousand times over.

This is why I refuse to engage with gacha games, it's not even just the gambling but the fact that so much of it is fueled by the parasocial relationships players have with the game. At least with gambling you can earn money, gacha is just the chance at a fake relationship with a JPEG.

(Article doesn't mention any games that are part of the deal, so not sure if it's truthy)

McDonald's uses an AI bot called "Olivia" for hiring. A pair of hackers found they could access every conversation job applicants had with it—including all the personal info they shared—by exploiting security vulnerabilities as basic as using the password "123456". www.wired.com/story/mcdona...

tiktok is a weird video game. no tutorials. in fact no one really knows how to play, we all just share rumors like we're 12... and then it throws random unlocks at you that make no sense. no tiktok, I am not going to complete your missions or use you for banking haha what

it reminds me of playing late stage MMOs like elder scrolls online. the first "empty city" you enter is the abandoned stat progression. you start with like 3000 health. is that a lot? is that as good as a +53% tiktok mission bonus?

Anyway in my opinion THE MUMMY (1999) is a pretty near perfect film, but one of the top ten perfect things in it for ME is that Imhotep initially grabs the eyeballs of a SEVERELY NEARSIGHTED GUY and that causes MULTIPLE ISSUES Like that's just... *chef's kiss* He's like "DANG IT"
