Americans at a hunting camp in Mozambique narrowly escaped an attack by insurgents

I hear rumors that Islamic State Mozambique almost kidnapped three Americans, but a helicopter was able to rescue them in the middle of a battle in Niassa. IS attacked a hunter camp in the wildlife reserve, where a year ago they staged a similar operation. #Mozambique

The hunting camp is partly owned by Ghana's national soccer team coach. DailyMail:

The State Department had warned its citizens not to travel to the Niassa Special Reserve for any reason, adding that terrorists had targeted upscale hunting lodges in and near the area and taken hostages.

Last year, in a similar attack in the Niassa Reserve, a tourist camp was destroyed and six people including four rangers were killed during skirmishes.
