This isn’t a criticism, just an observation. But Blue put all their eggs in one basket with LC-36
— Delta9250 (@deltaIV9250) May 29, 2026
They used that pad to static fire GS1. They also had their GS2 testing stand at LC36. And their other pad was also at LC36. And also their IF was not too far away.

Blue Origin's accelerated lander proposal was pretty wild. And I appreciate it and will miss it as a redundant back up, but there was just no reality where it could get to landing people pre starship.
— Ken Kirtland IV (@KenKirtland17) May 29, 2026
It required new pads, new rocket, multiple new spacecraft, a 3rd new lander…
("New Glenn’s delay is also terrible news for a variety of SpaceX competitors. The next launch of the Blue Origin rocket was supposed to put 48 satellites into orbit for Leo, Amazon’s yet-to-launch Starlink competitor. After that, New Glenn was supposed to launch more satellites for AST SpaceMobile, another yet-to-launch Starlink competitor")last time I book a vacation on scarif smh https://t.co/VrOVjw9l5o

(the onus is increasingly on performers to promote themselves rather than rely on agents or managers to do it for them. And in the incredibly saturated OnlyFans space, participating in “rage bait” is often seen as among the most effective ways to do that)My latest story for @wired.com is about how streamers like Clavicular are making tons of money humiliating OnlyFans models — even though Clav is (allegedly) directly profiting off them by running an OF agency behind the scenes. www.wired.com/story/stream...

Paying a subscription to use Meta products is patently absurd for the average user. Which Meta obviously knows. From a content perspective, they offer nothing that's worth paying for. These are predatory subscriptions plans clearly aimed at businesses that are dependent on these platforms.

These will start out cosmetic — premium filters, page designs, etc. — but we should assume that this is part of a broader rollout of a tiered algorithm and better discovery for paying users. X already does this. Silicon Valley wants to be TV broadcasters and this is how they're doing it.
— Ryan Broderick (@ryanhatesthis.bsky.social) May 28, 2026 at 8:06 AM
After the clipping hysteria of the last few months, we know that these kind of tiered algorithms kill any incentive to share things genuinely. It quickly becomes payola all the way down. If you pay users to post and they pay you to get paid and be seen, the whole thing becomes rotten.
