Basically, a freshman representative invited a couple to provide unsworn "testimony" about alleged voting fraud to a joint hearing of the state House and Senate's election committees, but the couple used the opportunity to accuse "everyone from state officeholders to judges, prosecutors and court-appointed medical health care advisers of accepting bribes" from drug and human trafficking cartels.
