Modern giallo "The Watcher," starring Maika Moore, is streaming on Hulu and is terrific

Directed by Chloe Okuno, with cinematograpy by Benjamin Kirk Nielsen, it does a fantastic job building dread and looks great. (It reminds me a little of the mysterious footage in William Gibson's "Pattern Recognition" in that it feels timeless and placeless.)
