The best Dad costume I saw tonight was a guy who dressed up as a piñata. He carried a comically-large, lightweight plastic bat and invited the littlest kids to hit him with it so he could throw candy to them. We had way too much candy, so I made a “donation” to him. One minute later I heard him at the neighbors’ house saying “You have to hit me! Oh, you can hit harder than THAT.” 🤣
