I have one that was in good condition, but had aged out of being able to update to the latest ios, and traded it in for a $65 store credit. You can estimate the value online by answering a few easy questions and then either ship it and wait for the gift card, or take it in to an Apple store. The evaluation process at the store took no more than five minutes, and they gave me the gift card right away.
