The app Hoopla is fabulous for reading comics for free if you have a library card

It has a huge selection of graphic novels I've always meant to try, but that never went on sale, like the comedic, museum-heist thriller "The Grande Odalisque" (which was recently made into a poorly-reviewed, and horrendously-named Netflix film). I enjoyed the comic a lot--the dream-like logic of its transitions and Looney Tunes-style action strongly reminded me of Hudson Hawk, which I also love (think Charlie's Angels x Hudson Hawk for Heavy Metal).

(But this review is also very accurate, and then I discovered this when I looked up the creators.)

So, anyway, you can read it for free with a participating library card and the Hoopla app, which works as well or better than Comixology and Kindle for reading comics.
