“Chinese women have tiny little fingers” is obviously the headliner here, but “Apple doesn’t want to move iPhone production to the US because soon we will have AI devices that replace phones” is just as insane but not racist

The funny thing is NYT already did a definitive piece on why Chinese workers are so much better at managing tiny screws in iPhones back in 2019 and (fun fact) turns out it's not because they have small hands, it's because they have a big tooling industry www.nytimes.com/2019/01/28/t...

I wonder if people are mixing up things they heard because my dad worked at a company that handmade prototype circuit boards for Nvidia and the shop floor was all Vietnamese women but not because of genetics but because they had work experience in sewing which itself has global economic reasons

(It's a short clip and he wiggles his fingers to emphasize the point) (Looking forward to people coming forward with evidence about the rate and significance of the little fingers)

("Shadow home secretary ... said they had failed to stop thousands of migrants crossing the Channel in small boats, accusing France of 'taking no action whatsoever at sea and often ushering the illegal immigrants into UK waters'. 'Yet when a UK fishing vessel is in French waters all of a sudden they are magically able to act.'")
