Cold War-era photo slides from old Pentagon presentations

Scanned and posted here and here.

I found a guy on eBay selling boxes of Cold War-era photo slides from old Pentagon presentations for a buck each so I stocked up. Working on getting them scanned this week/will share the finished product. There are a couple sets from USAF, one from the Navy, and one from NORAD pic.twitter.com/1sQ82fGsrt

And speaking of slides:

Of course I tried round-tripping some of the slides through midjourney. I haven't gotten it to recreate that 70s/80s slide aesthetic, but it did come up with a few cool images. pic.twitter.com/7gX1u9D6h2

Making these is an absolute labor of love, about 200 hours went into this image in one way or another, so if you enjoy them and want to support more in the future you can donate me a Ko-Fi here https://t.co/GHCDvFAKSV

Mercedes garage and Fifa headquarters:

Diagram shows the madness of Frasier's condo; Art installation uses unsecured CCTV cameras to show sunsets around the world; Color-shifting hair

Since Frasier is trending, now seems as good a time as any to remember how huge and mad his apartment was pic.twitter.com/LNT1FIVeyW

New Work! 🔥

“24h Sunrise/Sunset” is an installation that displays realtime sunsets and sunrises somewhere happening in the world with the use of unsecured CCTV cameras.
