Ray Wise hamming it up on The Young and the Restless

A short interview from November about his return to the show:
This time around, Wise has been paired with Colleen Zenk (Jordan Howard), and together, their alter egos are wreaking havoc all over the canvas. “She’s been wonderful,” Wise enthuses. “She’s my perfect partner in crime.
An update from this week:
Colleen Zenk admits that she’s disappointed her run as The Young and the Restless’ Jordan Howard has come to an end. “I’m sad Jordan went away so quickly,” she says of her alter ego, who met her maker last week after swallowing poisoned tea. “I thought that Ian [Ray Wise] and Jordan would go out like Bonnie and Clyde together.”
And an episode summary with screenshots:
Ian Ward’s reign of terror reached a stunning climax, and Ray Wise reminded us all why he is one of the best to ever play a truly dangerous, rotten to the core, and deeply-troubled man.

The entire episode featured an epic face-off between Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Ian Ward with his gun-toting antics, anger, cruelty and his madman agenda.

"How the Hell Did David Lynch Get Away With the Twin Peaks Finale?"

GQ:
In a sudden burst of passion, David Lynch—who had more or less abandoned his creative role on the series (but popped up regularly to play Cooper’s FBI boss, Gordon Cole)—suddenly came back to Twin Peaks and threw out much of an already completed finale script. Instead, he rewrote large chunks of the story in real time—and he did it all in his usual, cryptic manner, leaving the rest of the production scrambling to accommodate his unique vision. When location liaison Barry Gremillion, still working from the original finale script, asked Lynch a logistical question, Lynch replied: "I wouldn’t pay too much attention to that script if I were you."

Abandoned idea for Twin Peaks

"To showcase the contrast and self-awareness, at multiple times in Twin Peaks the characters watch a soap opera on their TV, which often parallels in some way what is happening on the show. Lynch brought up the idea of having the soap-y characters glimpse cameras in mirrors and later see themselves on TV, which was shot down as too surreal (he later did something like it in Inland Empire)."

Twin Peaks:
Here’s what’s happening at A Damn Good Twin Peaks Screening in NYC:
A micro-marathon for devotees of the show, or a crash course for Twin Peaks virgins: the world premiere public screening of Northwest Passage, Q2′s rare 5-hour fan edit of Twin Peaks focusing exclusively on the Laura Palmer story. Less shenanigans, more mystery. And a lot of Dale Cooper!
