I read my own entry on “Grokipedia,” Elon Musk’s Grok-generated “alternative” to Wikipedia, and within a few paragraphs it included a false allegation of sexual assault against a man who, to my knowledge, has never been accused of it

I should also note that the Grok-generated text swapped out the white YouTuber who was actually accused of rape in my article for his Black former colleague. I suspect this might have to do with a racist bias at the heart of Grok’s programming.
