Deluxe comes with everything in the first pic (880 RMB), Normal only comes with the base head and no Lady Deathstrike hands (660 RMB)
It is essentially a custom figure so I don't know if any store will carry it, and even then it will be very expensive pic.twitter.com/HySchnG1WS
It is from a customizer, and it will be 3d printed resin instead of PVC just FYI
