"Dubai launches first supermarket on water"

Lonely Planet:
The pod takes orders from small boats and jet-skis at a drive-thru style window. Passengers sailing on larger boats and yachts can also get in on the act by placing an order via telephone, which will then see them receive their groceries at their floating location within a 45-minute time frame.

swimmers cannot yet take advantage of the buoyant grocery store at sea because there is no swim-through service available. However, beachgoers who want to shop can use the telephone number to have snacks and drinks delivered to them on the shoreline thanks to a skiff that floats behind the aqua-pod.
