This seems to be an insidious trick to get people to click on Google ads for sites impersonating Walgreens and CVS

Wow. I just searched for “Walgreens Photo” on @Google, and the top search result is an ad for a fake Walgreens website/app. 👀

I had to copy/paste the name to make sure I wasn’t seeing things. I wasn’t. It’s a fake site/app posing as Walgreens, and it’s the top @Google search result. Seems like a pretty big problem... pic.twitter.com/pI7af9rsly
