Remember the remove your shirt challenge? Well it’s 2020 and we’ve all been trapped at home doing BW exercises so let’s kick it up a notch. . 1. Must wear short sleeve shirt-long sleeves and tanks don’t count since those are much easier to remove. Short sleeve really makes you work for it and tests that wrist mobility and shirt seam strength. 2. Remove shirt -5 pull-ups . 3. Put shirt back on but it can’t be inside out and do 5 more pull-ups. . 4. Bonus points if you can finish in under a minute. I was gonna try again but this was at the end of my pull day and I had already done 30 pull-ups...#excusesexcuses .
