Been working on my technique for doing blaster damage. It’s different than a simple black soot mark. Which I like because it’s opportunity for color :) It also adds a bit of character and flavor. Here’s my method using airbrush(though it can be done with hand brush): (Very carefully) Score spots you want to damage with hobby knife. Make sure they’re realistic and not uniform. Then take some black mixed with a bit of charred brown or rhinox. Dab that in and around the markings. Leave some white showing where the armor may have exploded out or curled up. Then take VMC smoke or wash of sepia, agrax equal parts with drop of nuln. Spray at very low psi onto the damage spots. Voila! Burnt marshmallows Painted for @autobot_s2k
