The “small, low flame” was spotted Monday, days after the Saddleridge fire burned through the area. The wildfire, which was sparked Thursday night in Sylmar, was 45% contained by Tuesday morning and has burned 8,391 acres.Earlier:

The facility was the site of the 2015 gas leak, the largest such one in U.S. history, that kept Porter Ranch residents out of their homes for months.
